Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health record system
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage, required every third weekend (Friday/Saturday)
• Fulfill at least one major holiday requirement from Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Active and valid RN state license required at time of submission
• Current NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in Labor and Delivery settings
