Preferred clinician qualities include flexibility, reliability, commitment to quality, and the ability to operate at the highest level of clinical practice. Preference for experienced clinician with a broad skill set scope. Second language skills highly desirable. New grads considered. The employee must be self-driven, outcomes oriented, and able to demonstrate quality work within a fast paced environment, so as to meet productivity as it aligns with our stewardship value. A good candidate is also someone who has optimal time management skills, is highly collaborative, and able to see the “big picture”. Strong inter-disciplinary communication is required. MultiCare utilizes EPIC for all electronic medical records.****FTE:** 1.0, **Shift:** Days, **Schedule:** Days**Position Summary**The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $49.36 - $78.25 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
