Relationship Banker Business Specialist

Position Overview As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Mason, OH at the Deerfield Township Branch. You will work to acquire and expand the share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading lead generation, appointments, and delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leverage tools and protocols to maximize business results. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a Point‑of‑Contact (COI). Work across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identify the team best equipped to meet client needs and introduce the client accordingly. Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients’ holistic needs (deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing). Escalate and solve client problems with urgency and advocacy across product, support, operations, or other departments. Help branch team identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products. Educate clients on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Demonstrate sound judgment in managing risk, adhering to policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification(s), and experience. Under 1 year of professional experience and/or completion of a formal development program; military service experience considered. Knowledge of Banking Products, Business Acumen, and Customer Experience Management. Ability to identify opportunities, leverage technology, and proactively prospect. Strong communication and managing multiple priorities skills. Experience with matrix management and understanding customer needs. Must serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
