What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and onboard new team members with care
• Support growth through coaching, feedback, and development
• Keep operations running smoothly and safely
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with your team and our partners
• Ensure the site is clean, efficient, and aligned with our values

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus)
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally
