Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of telemetry patients per established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals and telemetry, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff as assigned, ensuring safety and quality of care.
- Document accurately and maintain clear communication about patient status, progress, and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Ability to work nights in an inpatient telemetry setting
- Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with nursing processes, patient assessment, and documentation
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care and adhering to standards of care and policies
