Senior Operations Manager

US Foods is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead high-impact distribution operations in our wholesale foodservice network. In this performance-driven, customer-focused, and safety-oriented role, you will oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, drive service, cost, and quality targets, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. You will lead, coach, and develop teams, use data to optimize processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape operations at scale and support customers nationwide in a fast-paced environment.
