Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant guests with precision and enthusiasm
• Engage with guests, provide outstanding service, and utilize beverage offerings to drive engagement and loyalty
• Assess guest preferences and make tailored recommendations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens and modifications
• Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
• Ensure all orders are placed promptly and accurately into the POS system
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol consumption
• Comply with all local and state food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service procedures, including refusing service when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar for efficient service
• Process all guest payments accurately
• Accurately record tips in accordance with restaurant policies and legal requirements
• Comply with local, state, and restaurant regulations regarding alcohol sale and service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of bartending experience
• Prior high-volume and fine dining experience a plus
• Expertise in spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and mixology
• ATAP/TIPS Certification preferred
• Proficiency in Toast POS system
• Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette and sequence of service
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to move and lift items up to 40 lbs as needed

Compensation Details

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour, plus tips, Tip Credit Laws applicable
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
