Accent Imaging is seeking a Print Production Customer Service Representative for our commercial print production team in Raleigh, NC.

This position serves as the main point of contact between customers & production, helping move print jobs from order entry through completion. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused & comfortable managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced production environment.

JOB DUTIES

• Receive customer orders by phone, email, online submission & in person; review orders to ensure they are accurate & complete.
• Communicate with customers throughout the production process regarding job specifications, pricing, proofs, deadlines, order status & delivery.
• Enter & maintain orders in Accent's order management system.
• Coordinate with production personnel to schedule jobs & ensure customer requirements are clearly understood.
• Monitor jobs throughout production & address potential scheduling or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate job records, paperwork, packing slips & delivery information.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Perform other duties & tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in commercial printing, reprographics, digital printing, wide-format graphics, signage, or a similar production environment strongly preferred.
• Previous customer service, order entry or job coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & the ability to manage multiple jobs & deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email & computerized order-management systems.
• Ability to quickly learn printing terminology, production processes, equipment capabilities, materials, finishing options & pricing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with customers & coworkers.
• Self-motivated, dependable & able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods & lift at least 50 lbs.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
