Current California RDA license is a major plus but not required. Active BLS/CPR certification preferred; willingness to obtain upon hire otherwise. Experience with dental software a plus (Open Dental preferred). Strong communication skills, reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset. Safety-sensitive role; successful completion of pre-employment drug screening required; follows CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines. Responsibilities Learn clinical assisting; train to effectively assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and operatories efficiently. Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted/certified and maintain accurate documentation. Provide excellent chairside support, ensuring every patient feels safe and welcomed.
