A leading metal manufacturing company in the Birdsboro area is seeking skilled MIG and TIG Welders to join our production team. If you have experience producing high-quality welds, working from blueprints, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we'd like to speak with you.

Welder Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18-$27/hr (based on experience)

Welder Job Description:

1. Perform MIG or TIG welding on a variety of metal products and components.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
3. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Measure materials and verify specifications using precision measuring tools.

Welder Job Requirements:

1. Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required.
2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
3. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
4. Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is a plus.
