This person will partner with all plant departments to ensure that employees are trained to the Truck‑Lite standard. Essential Job Functions Coordinate the collection of information/communications with HR Training Team members and each facility with various inputs from Facility Designees, Plant Manager/Department Managers, etc. on the overall training process. Develop professional training content and program materials that support the desired business outcomes. Ensure training records are up to date, including tracking and reporting of training systems. Spend time daily on the manufacturing floor, ensuring spot checks are completed on the OJT process. Provide complete oversight, maintain, train, and continuously improve on‑job training, including CPR training, the Train the Trainer course, Lean manufacturing, and all required annual training. Generate reports for all training activities and communicate data and results with the appropriate members of leadership; also provide summaries of results and drive improvements for areas of opportunity. Responsible for data entry of completed trainings, system changes, and course updates in the training system for all three plants as needed. Evaluate the effectiveness of policies, work instructions, and procedures within the training process. Oversee the tracking of new hires to ensure they are being trained properly for all departments. Collaborate with Plant Leadership to ensure that only the best OJT trainers are selected to deliver training. Ensure training facilitation, material, and records comply with quality and environmental standards. Provide a professional level of customer service to internal customers through a high level of communication skills. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and consistently improve content and the training process. Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset to effectively pivot based on changing business needs and requirements. Maintain and deliver consistent new hire orientation in the Wellsboro plant. Support the overall HR and Manufacturing team to ensure all employees are trained effectively. Proficient in AI tools and comfortable using them to be more effective. Familiar with change management methodologies and comfortable planning and executing them when needed. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or related field and 2 years of training experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software programs. Business Intelligence and Data Analytics: Power BI (end‑to‑end development), Tableau, Minitab, Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros), Pentaho, Power Apps, Power Automate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Truck-Lite
