U.S. Bank's Elavon division is seeking a frontline support specialist to respond to end-user inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications networks, hardware, and core business applications. You will isolate problems and coordinate with telecom, operations, development teams and vendors to restore service. The role starts 10/5/2026 with 6–8 weeks of training, primarily 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET. Expect shifts across 6:00 AM–11:15 PM ET, Sunday through Saturday, with a $23/hour rate and #J-18808-Ljbffr Us Bank
