Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) We are a start-up and looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of experience in sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in art and creative spaces. Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Primary Responsibilities (70%) Generate leads for artwork sales. Meet corporate clients, hotels, offices, hospitals, builders, and educational institutions. Develop relationships with interior designers and architects. Convert enquiries into orders. Meet monthly sales targets. Artist Development (15%) Identify and onboard quality artists. Maintain relationships with existing artists. Coordinate artist meetings and feedback. Partnership Development (10%) Build partnerships with galleries, art clubs, colleges, and cultural organizations. Identify opportunities for exhibitions and events. Reporting (5%) Maintain CRM and sales pipeline. Submit weekly sales and activity reports. Provide market feedback to management. Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related fields. MBA/Marketing background is an added advantage.
