CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong pay built for local work. Drivers earn up to $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM all in. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
Home weekly, with time to reset. Run routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with a 34-hour reset at home each week before heading back out.
Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 4 PM to 2 AM.
Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*

Benefits & Perks

Get started strong. Earn $500 orientation completion pay right out of the gate, plus up to $7,500 in sign-on bonus paid out over your first year for drivers who maintain strong performance.*
Refer a driver, get rewarded. MAST's referral bonus pays $4,500 when you refer a qualified driver who joins the team.

Valid Class A CDL
1 year of local or OTR CDL-A experience
Must have previous experience crossing state lines
