Position Overview
As a Tasting Room Ambassador, you are the heartbeat of our guest experience. Your role goes beyond wine service—you are a storyteller, an educator, and a gracious host. With every pour, you share the spirit of our sparkling wines and embody our commitment to joy, authenticity, and mindful presence. You help create moments that sparkle, both in the glass and in the memories of our guests. We are looking for a you to join our team with an eye on moving up into management.
Responsibilities
•  Deliver an exceptional, personalized tasting experience with warmth, knowledge, and flair
•  Share the story behind our wines, winemaking process, and brand with authenticity and enthusiasm
•  Foster a sense of connection, making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and valued
•  Maintain in-depth knowledge of our wines and stay current with wine trends and food pairings
•  Assist with wine club signups, retail sales, and guest reservations with professionalism and heart
•  Collaborate with the team to uphold our hospitality standards and create a supportive, mindful work culture
•  Help set up and break down daily tasting operations; maintain cleanliness and presentation of tasting areas
•  Participate in special events, private tastings, and seasonal activations as needed

Who You Are
•  Passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
•  Naturally outgoing, thoughtful, and service-minded
•  Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
•  A team player who thrives in a collaborative, intentional environment
•  Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and graceful under pressure
•  Previous wine or hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go even further
•  Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
•  Must be able to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop, and crouch repeatedly
•  Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods as required by job duties
•  Must be able to walk at least 40 yards over uneven ground between work locations
•  Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
•  Must be computer savvy and fluent with Microsoft Office and POS systems
