Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Livingston, New Jersey

Job Type: Permanent, direct hire

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Palliative Care team in Livingston, New Jersey.

The provider will care for patients with serious illnesses and work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities may include symptom assessment and management, family communication, goals-of-care discussions, patient education, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible New Jersey NP or PA license.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Palliative care, hospice, hospital medicine, oncology, critical care, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.
• BLS/ACLS certification as required.
