Collaborates with project management and project stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes. Consults with all project managers and superintendents to review the impacts and mitigation measures on master schedules. Coaches the project team on schedule requirements in the contract documents. Ensures the contract requirements are adequately considered in the schedule. Develops strategy on change management for project teams to implement. Develops time impact analysis on contract changes and project impacts. Coordinates all relevant project schedules and prepares proposal schedules based on contract documents project metrics. Works with Virtual Design team to develop 4D schedules. Oversees the creation of 2D visual and 4D graphic schedules. Prepares schedule updates/revisions as well as monthly progress reports in accordance with contract documents. Qualifications 10-15 years of progressive scheduling experience in construction or related field preferred. 4 years of experience in a supervisory role an asset Postsecondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering or a related discipline would be an asset, but is not mandatory. Applicable scheduling certification an asset. Ability to evaluate all facets of the project plan and schedule and challenge the project team to improve project outcomes. Expert knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures, and the ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, contracts and proposal documents. Expert knowledge of schedule requirements in the contract documents. Extensive prior experience with field construction operations and how a project is constructed, including logical sequencing of work through all phases of the project from pursuit to project closeout. Ability to create solutions for complex engineering and planning principles to construction challenges. The estimated salary range for this role is $138,000 - $172,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
