Restoration Project Manager

Project Manager – Restoration in Douglasville, GAA growing restoration company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects throughout Georgia.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, organized restoration professional who can manage projects from initial assessment through completion while maintaining strong communication with customers, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams.Requirements:3+ years of Project Management experience within restoration, reconstruction, construction, or a closely related fieldExperience managing residential and/or commercial construction or restoration projectsStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, documentation, and productionAbility to coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project logisticsAbility to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, construction documents, and project specificationsStrong leadership skills with experience coordinating field teams and subcontractorsExcellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentationAbility to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and ability to travel locally to project sitesPreferred:3–5+ years of restoration-specific Project Management experienceExperience with water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage lossesCommercial and/or large-loss restoration experienceExperience managing projects valued at $1M+Xactimate proficiencyIICRC certification(s), including WRT, ASD, AMRT, or related credentialsExperience managing crews of 5–10+ employees and subcontractorsExperience working directly with insurance adjusters and carriersUnderstanding of insurance claims, supplements, change orders, and restoration documentation requirementsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related fieldResponsibilities:Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from initial assessment through completion and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and production plansCoordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project logisticsMonitor project costs, profitability, schedules, and production throughout the life of each projectConduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfactionCommunicate regularly with property owners, business owners, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal teamsReview estimates, scopes of work, change orders, supplements, and project documentationIdentify and resolve project challenges while minimizing impacts to schedule, budget, and customer experienceEnsure accurate and timely project documentationCollaborate with mitigation, estimating, reconstruction, and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitionsEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to established quality standardsMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the restoration processCompensation, Benefits & Perks:Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)Performance-based bonus and/or commission potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceCompany-provided phone, laptop, and equipmentCompany credit card for approved business expensesTraining, certifications, and professional development opportunitiesLong-term advancement opportunities within a growing organizationThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restoration professional looking to take ownership of challenging projects while joining an organization focused on quality, customer service, and continued growth.
