McCleskey Construction Company is currently seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join its in house architectural team in a capacity to create construction documents for permitting and field construction use.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Independently develop construction documents from the design development phase.
- Prepare and review construction documents for compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Assist with the process of acquiring building permits from the authority having jurisdiction.
- Coordination of construction documents with engineers and consultants.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Capable with Revit, Photoshop, and basic render engine software(s)
- Capable of working and communicating in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient with office software
- Organize construction document production for multiple deadline sensitive projects.
- Knowledge of contemporary commercial construction materials and methods.
- Minimum of an associate degree in drafting, engineering graphics, or related field
