Equipment Foreman Telecom

Job Overview At TelCom Construction, LLC, as a Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you'll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You’ll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Lead crews to meet project timelines Safely operate and control assigned equipment Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed Oversee and help with training of crew members Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance Perform work in all weather conditions All other duties as assigned Qualifications To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company A valid driver’s license High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred At least three years of related experience Previous Foreman experience preferred Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse Benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Telcom Construction, LLC
