Server Overview:

Our servers are responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient, and graceful table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.

We are seeking talented, service-minded individuals who are as committed as we are to providing total guest satisfaction and who show a passion for the restaurant industry. We want individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Server Responsibilities:

• Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene
• Greets guests in a courteous and respectable way
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
• Serves high-quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly, and attractive in appearance
• Maintains cleanliness of the stations
• Performs side work during shift downtime including but not limited to; rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning work areas, etc.
• Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests

Server Qualifications:

• Great attitude and smile
• Ability to put the guests' needs before your own
• Previous experience in casual dining
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing
• Able to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
