Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead all aspects of daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail setting. You will oversee accurate and safe medication dispensing, provide clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management, and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will coach and schedule pharmacy staff, manage inventory, and drive excellent customer service aligned with Walmart’s culture of integrity and continuous improvement, while optimizing workflow, quality, and store performance metrics.
