Senior Tax Associate

Seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a full-time, remote Senior Tax Associate position, where the candidate will lead 10-15 virtual tax strategy sessions per week, providing tailored tax advice and empowering members to make informed financial decisions without the burden of tax return preparation. Key responsibilities Lead virtual strategy sessions, delivering personalized tax advice and addressing complex member inquiries Engage continuously with members to provide clear answers to tax-related questions and optimize their financial strategies Analyze member tax returns to identify multi-year optimization opportunities and develop customized tax strategies Required qualifications Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 5-7+ years of experience in personal tax planning or high-net-worth tax consulting Demonstrated ability to manage regular client meetings with empathy and strong presentation skills Expertise in analyzing Form 1040s and understanding federal and state tax codes Commitment to delivering objective, member-first advice with integrity
