Job Details Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in Maryland 3–8 years of experience handling civil or commercial litigation matters Strong experience with legal research, writing, and motion practice Familiarity with discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery Experience appearing in court, taking or defending depositions, or assisting with trial preparation is strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
