Chief Technology Officer

Through PSS, ITC offers a virtual IT department with on-site and remote professionals who integrate closely with client teams and cultures. Many clients consider ITC an extension of their in-house staff and credit the partnership with enabling business growth.
Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time remote role responsible for setting and executing ITC Management Group’s overall technology vision and strategy. This role oversees software and product development initiatives, ensuring solutions align with client needs, security standards, and cloud best practices. The CTO leads architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, and secure systems, guiding teams in designing and integrating solutions across diverse client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with senior leadership on business and IT strategy, and mentoring engineering and technology leaders. The CTO also evaluates emerging technologies, optimizes development processes, and represents the technology function in client and partner engagements.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering cloud-based and enterprise solutions.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems across multiple environments.
  • Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex technology initiatives.
  • Extensive leadership experience in a senior technology role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar) within IT services, outsourcing, or cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate client needs and organizational goals into practical technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in remote and distributed team environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
