- Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supports residents' behavioral and emotional needs.
- Implement individualized care plans.
- Documents all services provided to residents.
- Monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility and hygiene.
- Report on health changes
- Support care plan implementation
· Assists residents with personal care and hygiene needs.
· Provides reminders for medication administration.
· Supports residents in maintaining daily routines.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation
