We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduling Manager to lead and grow our data center construction team across the Midwest. As a Senior Scheduling Manager for the Data Center team you will be responsible for directing the development of integrated project schedules, coordinating and integrating project schedule input from project managers and guiding the baseline, update and time impact process throughout the project lifecycle in a fast‑paced data center mission‑critical environment. The position is instrumental in executive decision‑making, managing enterprise risk, accelerating speed to market, and advancing organizational scheduling expertise through leadership, data, and sound industry practices. You will be responsible for creating program schedules at every stage of the hyperscale data center lifecycle and be expected to identify ways to re‑sequence work to shorten overall project durations and for managing and developing a scheduling team. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or related field (required) Experience: 10–14 years of progressive data center and/or mission‑critical construction scheduling experience (required) Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams (must) Technical Skills: Expert with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 Suite; familiarity with project management systems is preferred Analysis: Time impact analysis experience required Travel: Willingness to travel and maintain regular onsite presence across the country (required) Nice to Have Demonstrated understanding of baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule, total float, critical path, predecessors, successors, near critical paths, float trending, percent complete, float ownership, and constraints. Experience incorporating BIM Execution Planning and all levels of Startup & Commissioning into the Master Project Schedule. Travel Requirements Up to 75% national travel may be required.
