Position Summary This role involves recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. The coordinator completes and oversees job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. The role provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. It also ensures compliance with company policies and supports the Open Door Policy and other business processes and practices. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For facilities that sell firearms, a successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition with state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility. Ability to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and a Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges). State Pay Differential: This position includes an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
