Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator

ARDEX Americas

ARDEX Americas is expanding its Corporate Human Resources team with a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator. This on-site role recruits hourly and salaried positions across the Americas and coordinates onboarding through Paylocity.

You will represent ARDEX at career fairs, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage pre-employment activities, offers, and orientations, ensuring accurate records across systems.
