Backhauler/Unloader - In Training
Coastal Elite Pro
Position Overview Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by unloading trailers and breaking down food products to meet warehouse standards. As a Backhauler, you will work with 3-5 team members to receive, record, and organize pallets, operate material handling equipment, and ensure efficient warehouse flow. Responsibilities Include Receiving products, recording codes, and breaking down pallets Compiling un-palletized items onto pallets Moving pallets from dock to designated aisles Operating electric pallet jacks, clamps, or sit-down forklifts Maintaining productivity to prevent backlog Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience preferred Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and operate equipment Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and organization skills We offer competitive pay, benefits from day one, safety shoe assistance, career growth, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
