Job Description
TITLE: ER RN

SCHEDULE: Mid Shift with rotation on weekends

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Normal

REQUIREMENTS:
- WI RN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- TNCC or TNS Certification

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.
- Document patient care according to standards of care.
- Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by a physician or clinic policy, including patient and family instruction.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and support the client's longitudinal care plan.
