Are you passionate about dermatology and committed to providing exceptional patient care? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to support our Clifton Springs location, with opportunities to float to our Genesee Valley Dermatology practice from July to January. This role offers a rewarding environment where your expertise makes a real difference in patients’ lives. As a key member of our dermatology team, you'll manage a patient load of 25-35 cases per day, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You'll collaborate closely with support staff, ensuring efficient and compassionate care. Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting with recent Epic EMR experience. Required Skills: Current NY Physician Assistant license in good standing Board certification in dermatology or related specialty Minimum of 3 years of recent dermatology experience Recent Epic EMR (EPIC) experience BLS certification Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 per day efficiently Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: prior experience working with diverse patient populations experience in skin biopsies, cryotherapy, or laser treatments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and floating assignments Preferred Education and Experience: NCCPA Certified PA with dermatology specialization preferred At least 3 years of hands-on dermatology practice Familiarity with NY state regulations and compliance requirements Other Requirements: Must have NY license in hand; ensure no gaps of over 30 days in work history Malpractice history must be clarified with a physician statement if applicable Support staff ratio of 1 LPN/RN/MA for every 12 patients Open to flexible scheduling and support primarily Clifton Springs with some support to RGH Genesee Valley Dermatology We offer competitive pay at $114.66 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay via direct deposit, full medical coverage (W-2), licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
