Registered Nurse NICU

$2031.84/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled NICU RN to provide high-quality care in a level II and III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The nurse will deliver specialized nursing services to critically ill neonates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients to identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Support families by providing education and emotional assistance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Follow hospital policies, including infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license and certification in BLS, ACLS, NIH, and NRP Advanced.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience; 1-year candidates may be considered.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Be willing to work night shifts (3×12-hour shifts).
• Possess EPIC electronic medical record experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to obtain a pending license prior to start date.
