Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement to lead enterprise‑wide supply chain strategy, sourcing, procurement, and planning across a global, multi‑site organization. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and scalable growth in a regulated and highly matrixed environment.The VP will have end‑to‑end accountability for demand and inventory planning (SIOP), strategic sourcing, procurement operations, analytics, and major transformation initiatives. This leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership and senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, IT, Commercial, and Sustainability to standardize processes, modernize systems, strengthen supplier performance, and deliver measurable value creation across the enterprise.Success in this role requires strong executive presence, the ability to influence without direct authority, and a balance of strategic leadership with disciplined execution.What You’ll DoEnterprise Supply Chain LeadershipLead enterprise‑wide demand, capacity, and inventory planning (SIOP) across all sites and business segmentsEstablish governance, KPIs, and decision frameworks to improve service, cost, working capital, and resilienceTranslate commercial forecasts and growth plans into executable supply, capacity, and inventory strategiesDrive standardization, digital enablement, and continuous improvement of planning processesStrategic Sourcing & Procurement LeadershipOwn enterprise sourcing and procurement strategy across all spend categories, including direct, indirect, CAPEX, Travel & Entertainment and MROPartner with executive and functional leaders to align sourcing strategies with financial targets, growth plans, and site investment prioritiesLead supplier negotiations, contract strategies, and performance management for complex, high‑value relationshipsBuild supply assurance, cost resilience, and long‑term supplier partnerships across a global footprintSupport commercial teams with cost modeling and estimates for customer proposalsESG, Sustainability & Responsible SourcingEmbed ESG and responsible sourcing principles into supply chain and procurement strategiesPartner with Sustainability/ESG, Quality, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to support supplier governance, risk management, and disclosure requirements as applicableStrengthen supplier performance expectations related to sustainability, ethics, and compliance across the supply baseCapEx, Value Creation & Risk ManagementProvide leadership oversight for CapEx sourcing strategies supporting capacity expansion, technology upgrades, and site investmentsEnsure early procurement engagement in CapEx planning, budgeting, and executionDrive total cost of ownership (TCO), value tracking, and contract compliance across enterprise spendProactively identify supplier, supply chain, and execution risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business continuity and compliance needsDrive cash flow improvement through enterprise-wide Working Capital Improvement initiatives (Inventory and Payables)Transformation & Strategic InitiativesLead or contribute to major enterprise initiatives, including:Global ERP implementation and adoptionMulti‑year value creation and cost‑reduction roadmapAI‑enabled and advanced supply chain analytics capabilitiesDevelop rapid integration playbooks to standardize processes, systems, and governance for new or acquired sitesAnalytics, Governance & Process OwnershipOwn global supply chain processes, documentation, standards, and implementation playbooksDefine enterprise data ownership, metrics, and reporting standards across supply chain and procurementPartner with IT and Finance to develop dashboards, analytics, and BI solutionsTransition supply chain analytics into scalable enterprise BI capabilities with strong governance and audit readinessPeople LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop managers and directors across supply chain and procurementBuild strong, trusted relationships with site leaders and corporate functionsDevelop organizational capability, succession pipelines, and leadership depthFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations in a large-scale global public companyDemonstrated success leading enterprise or multi‑site supply chain organizationsDeep understanding of and experience with ESG, supplier governance, and risk management frameworksProven experience managing managers and senior leaders in matrixed environmentsStrong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilitiesExperience with ERP platforms, planning systems, and analytics toolsExecutive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree (MBA or related field)Experience leading ERP implementations or large‑scale enterprise transformationsAPICS and/or CSCMP certification or membershipExperience in regulated, pharmaceutical, life
