Requirements Active Insurance Licenses – Must hold valid state-issued licenses for relevant lines of insurance. Sales & Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to clearly explain complex policies and close sales effectively. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
