We’re equally dedicated to providing our employees with an amazing place to work, fostering growth, and celebrating success.**Opportunity Overview:**As a Renovations Assistant Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on interior value-add projects across our portfolio—ensuring renovations are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high standards. You’ll own the day-to-day details, keep communication flowing, and drive projects that elevate our communities and boost long-term value.**Your Day-to-Day:**· Lead the charge on apartment renovation projects—planning, managing, and driving each one to successful completion· Create and refine project scopes, then coordinate with both trusted contractors and in-house maintenance teams to keep everything on time and on budget· Manage the full bid process, from preparing documents to reviewing proposals and selecting the best partners for the job· Collaborate with design and project teams to choose finishes, appliances, flooring, and other upgrade features that elevate our communities· Work closely with Community Managers, Regional Project Managers, and senior leadership to align on project timelines and strategies· Ensure every project follows company policies and complies with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards· Champion a culture of integrity, respect, and professionalism in all interactions—with residents, vendors, teammates, and partnersWhy You’ll Love Working Here:· Growth Opportunities: Ongoing development programs to support your career advancement.· Recognition & Appreciation: We celebrate individual and team achievements through various initiatives.· Stability & Success: Join a best-in-class operator with a strong history and commitment to a sustainable future.· Excellent Compensation: Competitive base pay plus commissions, bonuses, and stock awards.· Employee Ownership: Stock awards within your first year of employment.· Benefits: Best-in-class medical, dental, and vision insurance, rent discounts, generous PTO, paid holidays, 100% company-paid insurance (Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability), and a 401(k) with a 100% company match (up to 4%).- *Starting base salary of $56,000+*## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For:**· 1–3 years of experience managing multi-family renovations, construction, or maintenance projects· Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously· Strong budgeting, financial, and analytical skills· Experience building and managing vendor and contractor relationships· Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mobile tools· Some college coursework or trade school education preferred· Willingness to travel locally and overnight up to 25%We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture.
