Benefits BASE PAY + COMPETITIVE COMMISSION payouts Qualified candidates $14/HR (must work 32+ hours a week) FREE membership 36+ hours qualifies individuals for a health insurance stipend Sales Associate Responsibilities Service customers by selling memberships and retail Service existing accounts, generate new sales leads, and establish new accounts by using our proven and effective sales technique Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Provide energetic studio tour to potential new members Work hand-in-hand with certified fitness coaches to deliver a world class product Meet and exceed sales goals set by your management team Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, documenting conversations, and communicating with management Submitting daily sales and call reports Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment Contribute to team efforts through a positive mindset Qualifications/Skills Customer service Meeting sales goals Prospecting Self-confidence Product knowledge Motivation for sales Team player Preferred Qualifications BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred Or three to five years of industry sales experience Familiarity with office software (Canva, Googledocs etc) *Part time applicants will be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
