This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa 33618. ** Key Responsibilities: **

• Assist with administrative and client service support
• Compile and organize information for attorneys and staff
• Respond to client and trustee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare notices, agreements, and related documentation
• Manage document scanning, electronic filing, and email archiving
• Coordinate and assist with a high volume of client appointments
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

** Qualifications: **

• Bankruptcy Experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must reside in the Downtown Tampa area
