Family Nurse Practitioner

A busy urgent care clinic in Guymon, Oklahoma is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time position with one of the stronger hourly ranges in the Oklahoma urgent care market — plus a sign-on bonus that's open for discussion. New graduates are genuinely welcome here, with full physician telecommunication backup, a collaborative onsite care team, and a broad procedural scope that builds clinical confidence fast. You’ll manage urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentations across all ages — laceration repairs, orthopedic care, diagnostic imaging, vaccinations, and specialist referrals — on a 2-week rotating 12-hour shift schedule with a full benefits package that covers malpractice insurance, medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, and 401(k) matching. Key Responsibilities Perform complete physical exams and assessments for urgent, emergent, and non-urgent patients Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies Prescribe and administer treatment, medication, therapy, and vaccinations Perform procedures including laceration repair and orthopedic care Provide specialist referrals as clinically indicated Document and close charts within 24–48 hours Collaborate with onsite care team and supervising physician via telecommunication Qualifications Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (required) DEA registration and BLS certification required New graduates welcome — 1 year experience preferred but not required Basic understanding of medical coding, billing, OSHA, and HIPAA Proficient with PC applications including EMR, email, and Microsoft Office Schedule & Compensation $75–$85/hour + sign-on bonus (negotiable) Full-time | 12-hour shifts | 2-week rotating schedule 401(k)/403(b) with retirement matching Malpractice insurance covered Immediate hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
