Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are looking for an LBA/BCBA with strong analytical skills, experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a passion for improving client outcomes through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Conducting in person assessments and collecting data on clients' behaviors and skill acquisition
Providing in person, direct behavioral therapy skills trainings to Registered Line Technicians
Supervising and training Registered Line Technicians and other support staff
Monitoring client progress and adjusting intervention strategies
Preparing session notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with ethical and organizational standards
Collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support client goals
Maintaining certification and adherence to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

Certification: Must be a current LBA/BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field
Experience: 1+ year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities required; 1+ year of experience working in school based services preferred
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with data collection and analysis; proficiency with electronic data recording system; strong documentation skills; strong interpersonal skills
