Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, utilizing behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support strategies.

• Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment modalities that cater to individual client needs.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic maintains its high standards of care.

• Serve as a key liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance client resources.

• Create and sustain open communication channels to uphold contractual obligations and promote the clinic's mission in the surrounding community.

• Nurture relationships with local, state, and private organizations to further develop partnerships and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities, including attending conferences and participating in committees relevant to mental health.

• Promote the clinic’s values and philosophy through outreach and advocacy within the community.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Heal Life, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with emotional distress, substance abuse issues, and developmental challenges. Qualifications\n
