What Youll Do
As a Saddle Stitch Operator, youll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that reach millions of consumers.
Youll:
Set up and operate advanced saddle stitch equipment
Monitor quality and production standards to ensure exceptional results
Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
Optimize machine performance to maximize efficiency and productivity
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with experience on other saddle stitch equipment.
