We're looking for a Program Manager to join our leadership team!Outgoing, confident, and naturally enthusiasticGreat with kids AND parentsStrong in sales and comfortable discussing membershipOrganized, dependable, and proactiveA positive leader who sets the tone for the teamFlexible and willing to jump in wherever neededLead classes and coach instructorsDrive membership sales and program growthBuild strong relationships with familiesOversee daily operations and ensure excellence on the floorServe as Camp Lead on scheduled camp daysHelp develop camp curriculum and lesson plansTrain and support camp staffFacilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN campsHelp plan, execute, and facilitate all special eventsBe present at and help lead all Little Gym eventsTuesday–Saturday Must be available mornings AND evenings Must be available for all Little Gym special events Guaranteed 32 hours This is a key leadership position. You'll help shape our culture, grow our programs, lead our camps, and create unforgettable events for our families.
