Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Multiple Specialties | Hospital & Outpatient Settings | Full-Time Contract | $90–$110/hour | NYC (Multiple Boroughs)

Location: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx
Pay Rate: $90–$110/hour (based on experience and specialty)
Schedule: Full-Time, weekday schedules available
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Setting: Hospital-based inpatient units and hospital-affiliated outpatient clinics

Overview

Healthcare organizations across multiple New York City boroughs are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners across a range of specialties for full-time contract assignments. These opportunities include hospital-based inpatient roles and hospital-affiliated outpatient clinics, offering competitive hourly pay, consistent schedules, and collaborative clinical environments.

Roles are available in acute care, ambulatory care, and specialty service lines, with assignments matched based on clinical experience and specialty background.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in hospital and outpatient settings
• Perform admissions, discharges, rounding, and follow-up care as applicable
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with New York State regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and preventive health
• Document care accurately in EMR systems and maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• National NP certification in applicable specialty
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required
• Hospital or acute care experience required for inpatient roles
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
