In this role, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities — helping them maintain independence and a better quality of life. You'll assist with daily living tasks, such as:Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)Light housekeeping and laundry.Meal preparation and nutrition support.Medication reminders.Mobility and exercise assistance.Companionship and emotional support.Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments.What We're Looking ForPrevious in-home caregiving experience (PCA, CNA, PCT, HHA) desiredCompassionate and dedicated to supporting seniors in the comfort of their own homesPatient, empathetic, and attentive to individual needsWarm, friendly, and able to provide both companionship and professional supportTrustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently in a client's homeStrong communication skills with clients, families, and care teamsWillingness to learn and adapt to each client's unique care planMaintains a respectful, safe, and clean home environmentExcellent bedside manner with a focus on dignity, privacy, and respectMake Every Day Meaningful Join a team that values compassion, respect, and teamwork.
