Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans designed collaboratively with clients.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, for comprehensive client care.
• Maintain client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
