Job Summary:
The operating room (OR) specialty position is located in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves working in a high-volume perioperative environment, providing essential surgical support. The position requires a dedicated professional prepared to handle a variety of surgical procedures within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, rotating 2x8 & 2x12 shifts (07:00-15:30 / 07:00-19:30), minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Maryland RN license, BLS certification required, CNOR certification preferred, 2 years of experience, willingness to float within the perioperative scope, excellent circulating and scrub skills within the operating room environment, prior trauma level I or II experience is preferred, and relevant surgical skills listed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma and specialized surgical procedures, familiarity with Epic charting system, and prior community hospital OR experience.
• Additional Information: The position includes rotating shifts, on-call responsibilities of 36 hours per six-week cycle, and a minimum of one weekend per month. Candidates must complete onboarding within 72 hours of contract signing and submit all compliance documents five days prior to start date.
