Seeking Hospitalist to Join Growing Team in Northwest Connecticut Join our growing Hospitalist Team at the Hospital. We are looking for a Full‑Time BE/BC Internal Medicine physician with at least 2years of experience as a Hospitalist preferred. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care for all admissions at the hospital. Manage medical treatment on the Senior Behavioral Health Unit. Provide ICU coverage and be comfortable with critical care. Perform procedures including intubations, central and arterial line placement, ventilator management, and conscious sedation administration. Hospital Overview • 78‑bed community hospital with daily inpatient volumes of 23 encounters.• 24‑hour physician coverage throughout the day. Schedule: 8a.m.–8p.m. and 8p.m.–8a.m. shift options.• A‑rated malpractice insurance program with no tail obligation upon departure. Benefits Excellent salary plus incentive compensation.
