Client Support Worker II

Thomasville, GA | $16.00 - 17.00/ Hour

We are seeking a Client Support Worker to provide direct care and day-to-day support to individuals. This entry level role focuses on ensuring safety, supporting daily routines, promoting independence, and encouraging positive life skills such. The position is ideal for someone compassionate and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of 3 individuals
• Administer medications as ordered and per proxy training
• Cook and facilitate mealtime
• ADL’s, recreation, and provide care per health care plan
• Complete all necessary documentation
• Ensure home environment stays clean and orderly
• Report any concerns about individuals needs, site, or van to supervisory promptly

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience as a caregiver preferred
• Able to successfully complete PCA training
• Minimum age 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean MVR
• Clean drug screen
• Willing to undergo criminal background check

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate: $16.00 - 17.00/ Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, every other weekend
