HR Executive - Employee Engagement(Kolkata/Remote)Contractual-Off-roll

Job Description Role: HR Executive – Employee Engagement If you are someone who is always buzzing with energy and you can create a similar impact around you, you are in the right place. Join our team as a multifaceted Employee Engagement Specialist in the HR Center of Excellence team, and help shape our organization’s culture and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. We are seeking a self‑starting, spirited, and focused individual to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our employee engagement agenda, leveraging data‑driven insights, and enhancing our internal communications. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to design, implement, and refine engagement initiatives. Experience 1–4 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Internal Communications. Responsibilities Design and implement monthly virtual/onsite events for our global workforce to boost engagement that resonates with iMerits culture and core values. Design all internal communications such as posters, videos, stories, mailers, etc and ensure they meet branding and language standards. Co‑ordinating with Centre HRs across locations to ensure participation and consistent employee experience for various initiatives. Co‑ordinating with vendors for service‑related queries, negotiations, payments, invoices, etc as and when required. Review existing practices and come up with new ideas/initiatives that will enhance Employee Experience across the employee lifecycle. Maintain all dashboards, reports and expenses. Qualifications Graduate in any stream. Masters in HR or Mass Communication will be preferable. Core Skills Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Experience designing communications using PowerPoint and Canva. Experience planning employee engagement/events for a global workforce in a medium‑large sized organization. Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment. Past HRBP experience will be valuable. Eagerness to learn new things, self‑driven and initiative to make an impact. Strong planning and organization skills. Technical Skills Familiarity in using Google Workspace. Well versed with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel). Well versed with Canva. Familiarity in using AI tools (good to have). #J-18808-Ljbffr
